Sales & Customer Service Effectiveness Assessment

 

This assessment looks in depth at how your current sales operation functions and how effectively the sales team use their valuable time. In parallel, customer service operations are examined to uncover opportunities to improve service levels whilst stabilising or even reducing costs.

 

A report is produced that highlights areas of good performance, areas of concern and makes costed recommendations for remedial action.

 

Interim Sales & Sales Management

 

Growth Maker staff will perform interim roles within your sales operation and undertake the full range of necessary tasks, from account management of existing customers, through prospecting and up to contract taking. If needed, Growth Maker staff can also act as Interim Sales Managers for sales teams that require additional experience, or simply to cover gaps during staff changes.

 

Sales Team Mentoring

 

Interim sales support is very useful at certain points in time, but is never a long term solution. To help our customers to build a self-sufficient sales function over time, Growth Maker staff can mentor new or junior sales staff, or newly promoted sales managers, during training programme to bring them up to speed with the benefit of our experience.

Whilst Sales Grower is not a training solution as such, there is a need from time to time to construct bespoke training for organisations that need to brush up on core skills or are looking to move non-sales staff into sales roles.

 

We do not sell/provide 'standard' training courses, we only create training for customers already using other Sales Grower services who have a defined need at a specific time.
